The Girls Development League is designed for newer and developing players who want to build confidence, learn the fundamentals, and enjoy the game in a fun, supportive environment.
Our 4-on-4 format, small rosters, and professional coaching ensure every athlete gets meaningful touches, individualized instruction, and plenty of fast-paced game experience. Players develop core skills, game awareness, and teamwork while gaining confidence on the court.
Each season includes 7 structured practices and 6 competitive games, with runner-up and championship medals awarded at the end of the season to celebrate growth and achievement.
